Does MARC brand products?

Yes- we can assist you in developing your own brand, which will include bespoke packaging and labelling. Should you prefer we also have our own brand “Oak Glade” which is now being recognised as an indicator of a high quality product.

We have a rigorous vendor selection process. We review the cleanliness of the factory, materials used, storage, production finish and their quality control.

How do you clients know what is ordered is actual what is delivered?

Our staff liaise directly with the vendor on each order and inspect product prior to loading of goods.

Ordering - how does this work?

At MARC we manage our product portfolio by product type and vendor. Our product database is now on line please chose from the options under the products & factories menu

 you can now either search by an item's product code, factory catagories or by keywords.

Containers – can product be mixed for shipping?

Yes simply use the database to select a vendor code. Product per vendor can be mixed per container.

What are Payment terms?

MARC requires a completed Letter of credit (LC). Having dealt with many banks we are experts in assisting you with process.

What are the Shipping times?

We can offer you a shipment date. We must have the order confirmed and the LC we ship on due date these are usually 45 days.

What shipping services does MARC offer?

We can offer a door-to-door service managing shipping, road transport, customs and regulatory paperwork. If you also manage your own shipping then FOB is also available.

Can you source a particular product for me?

We can source products providing you provide us with a complete specification – pictures, dimensions and weight.
