What clients does MARC partner with?

We supply a vast range of customers including Retail Chains, Distributors, Wholesalers, Manufacturers, Licensing Companies, Garden Centre Groups and Stockists.

Where are MARC’s offices?

MARC has offices based in our main manufacturing hubs in China and Vietnam, including our own Quality Control staff. Our head operations office is in the UK.

Who are MARC's staff?

At MARC we employ our own staff and choose not to use global agents. This ensures consistent service delivery and consistency.

Does MARC brand products?

Yes - we can assist you in developing your own brand, which will include bespoke packaging and labelling. Should you prefer we also have our own brand: Oak Glade which is recognised as an indicator of quality.

How does MARC manage quality?

We have a rigorous vendor selection process. We review the cleanliness of the factory, materials used, storage, production finish and their quality control.

How do you clients know what is ordered is actual what is delivered?

Our staff liaise directly with the vendor on each order and inspect product prior to loading of goods.

What are our Payment Terms?

MARC requires a completed Letter of Credit (LC). Having dealt with many banks we are experts in assisting you with process.

What shipping services does MARC offer?

We can offer a door-to-door service managing shipping, road transport, customs and regulatory paperwork. If you manage your own shipping then FOB is also available. Lead times vary but shipment is usually within 45 days of order confirmation.
